Consumer Matching and Quote Delivery Policy

BookCleaningServices.com provides a free, data-driven matching system for consumers and property managers. The platform does not guarantee that submitting a Property Asset Profile will result in a specific number of bids or immediate service booking. Quote availability, response times, and pricing structures depend entirely on the operational capacity and independent schedules of the verified HQW providers assigned to your local Virginia territory. The Company assumes no responsibility for technical transmission delays, carrier text messaging blockages, or unreturned provider communications.

Provider Vetting and Eligibility Standards

Platform placement is restricted exclusively to active members of the Home Quarters Warehouse ecosystem. To receive consumer matching leads, business operators must maintain an active registration status with Home Quarters Warehouse, LLC, demonstrate consistent alignment with the HQW Standard of Cleaning Excellence operational framework, and ensure their management teams retain active learning accounts within the HQW Cleaning Pro Academy. The Company reserves the right to audit provider accounts, review consumer feedback, and immediately suspend or terminate platform access for any business that fails to maintain these core compliance metrics.

Independent Contracting and Liability Boundaries

All cleaning service providers operating within the network are independent business entities and are not employees, agents, or joint ventures of Home Quarters Warehouse, LLC. The Company does not dictate provider pricing, establish employee scheduling, or control day-to-day cleaning operations. All cleaning service agreements, structural checklists, liability coverages, and financial payments are negotiated directly between the consumer and the chosen independent business. HQW explicitly disclaims all liability for property damage, incomplete contracts, worker injuries, or financial disputes arising during the execution of private service agreements.

Direct Communication and Solicitation Rules

Consumers utilize this platform solely to request legitimate cleaning service quotes, and providers utilize it exclusively to respond to verified property leads. Any use of our communication channels, contact forms, or data fields to distribute unsolicited marketing materials, harvest company contact info, or pitch competitive services is strictly prohibited. Network providers are barred from sharing or transferring consumer Property Asset Profiles to unverified third-party businesses. Violations of these data parameters will result in immediate permanent removal from the HQW Referral Network.

Policy Updates and System Modifications

The Company retains the unilateral right to update, modify, or rewrite these operational policies at any time to reflect platform upgrades, legal changes, or administrative adjustments. Revised versions will become active the moment they are posted across our digital interfaces, and continued use of the matching engine constitutes your acceptance of the updated standards. System maintenance, database updates, or server downtime may occasionally cause temporary disruptions, and the Company is not liable for any operational delays or lost data caused by these standard infrastructure windows.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

BookCleaningServices.com operates exclusively as an introductory matching system and does not establish, manage, or enforce scheduling calendars or cancellation parameters for individual cleaning appointments. When you select and hire a verified independent provider through our network, you enter into a direct contractual agreement with that specific business entity. Consequently, you are bound entirely by the unique cancellation windows, rescheduling fees, lockout policies, and missed-appointment penalties established by that independent provider. HQW holds no authority to mediate scheduling disputes, reverse late-cancellation fees, or alter appointment times. Any modifications to your service schedule must be coordinated directly with the cleaning company you selected.

Property Damage and Insurance Claims Policy

Home Quarters Warehouse, LLC assumes zero financial or legal liability for physical property damage, structural loss, personal injury, or theft occurring during the performance of any cleaning service arranged through this platform. The independent providers within our matching engine operate as entirely separate businesses. All requests for proof of insurance, bonding verifications, or workers' compensation compliance must be directed to the independent provider before service begins. In the event of property damage or broken items, all assessments, liability determinations, and insurance claims must be negotiated and resolved exclusively between the property owner and the hired cleaning company. HQW will not participate in property damage disputes or handle financial insurance payouts.

Fair Pricing and Free Quote Abuse Policy

BookCleaningServices.com does not calculate, generate, or issue cleaning service quotes to consumers. The platform functions strictly as a data matching gateway that securely transmits your submitted property profiles to verified providers in your territory. Hired cleaning companies operate as completely independent businesses, and they will contact you directly using your provided information to deliver their own pricing estimates and service rates. Users are strictly prohibited from submitting false property metrics, entering incorrect contact channels, or utilizing the platform to spam the network with duplicate requests. HQW reserves the unilateral right to block platform access for any user found to be abusing the free matching service or submitting fraudulent data profiles.

Non-Solicitation and Platform Bypass Policy

The integrity of the HQW network relies on the verifiable compliance of its members with the HQW Standard of Cleaning Excellence. Cleaning providers are strictly prohibited from utilizing network leads to solicit clients for unverified, off-platform side-work that bypasses standard corporate workflows or quality checks. Similarly, consumers may not utilize the platform to harvest corporate contact data or solicit network businesses to operate outside the established professional safety guidelines. Any intentional bypass of platform protocols, data harvesting, or unauthorized sharing of client profiles with unverified external entities will result in immediate, permanent revocation of platform access and network membership.
