This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contractual agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Home Quarters Warehouse, LLC regarding your access to and use of homequarterswarehouse.com, bookcleaningservices.com, hqwpro.com, accreditedcleaners.com, and all associated software platforms, web properties, or localized consumer networks operated by the Company.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, all references to the Company include the parent entity Home Quarters Warehouse, LLC, the accreditation body Home Quarters Warehouse, LLC, HQW Standard Of Cleaning Excellence, Protected Series, and the referral service Book Cleaning Services Virginia. By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any of these digital properties, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by all of the conditions outlined herein. If you do not accept or agree with all sections of this contract, you are strictly prohibited from using these applications and must discontinue use immediately. 

By utilizing our digital infrastructure, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are at least eighteen years of age. You certify that all registration details, corporate operational documentation, and user account information submitted to the Company are accurate, current, and true. You agree to maintain the precision of this data and promptly update it when operational changes occur. You warrant that your use of our learning management system, accreditation application, and consumer networks does not violate any applicable local, state, or federal regulations. The Company reserves the unilateral right to suspend, terminate, or delete accounts that are found to contain false, misleading, or outdated operational profiles.

Unless explicitly noted otherwise, all elements on our websites and platform interfaces are the exclusive proprietary property of Home Quarters Warehouse, LLC. This includes but is not limited to website source code, database structures, software functionality, web designs, operational audio, instructional video, text, photographic elements, and graphics. All operational templates, Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Data Sheet repositories, training modules, and instructional workflows remain protected under federal copyright and trademark laws. The trademarks, service marks, and trade logos, including the HQW Standard Of Cleaning Excellence Accreditation™ and HQW Cleaning Pro Academy™, are owned exclusively by the Company. No portion of these properties or digital content may be scraped, copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for commercial utility without prior express written authorization from the Company. 

The HQW Cleaning Pro Academy™ grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access professional business educational modules and management systems. This access is intended strictly for the internal professional development of cleaning business owners and their active staff members. Sharing academy login credentials, distributing proprietary instructional downloads, or reselling corporate training logs to external entities is strictly prohibited. The Company retains full authority to monitor system usage patterns, audit learning progress, and revoke portal access without reimbursement if a user is found to be in violation of these security parameters or intellectual property boundaries.

The evaluation systems managed through the HQW Standard Of Cleaning Excellence, Protected Series are intended to measure baseline operational discipline, administrative compliance, and organizational workflows. Application for accreditation or submission of corporate documentation does not ensure successful certification status. The accreditation benchmark remains a  voluntary operational framework. Attainment of the standard does not operate as an official government regulatory endorsement, legal business certification, or a perpetual guarantee of everyday workmanship. Accredited member firms operate completely independently of the Company. The Company disclaims all liability for the daily hiring practices, staff selections, legal compliance, workplace safety conditions, or structural business choices executed by accredited organizations.

BookCleaningServices.com  functions strictly as an introductory matching system that allows prospective consumers to request quotes from verified independent cleaning providers. The Company does not calculate, generate, or issue cleaning service quotes to consumers, nor does it manage, employ, direct, or control the third-party cleaning companies listed or referenced within this matching system. Each service provider operates as a completely separate business entity, and they will contact you directly using your provided information to deliver their own pricing estimates and service rates. The Company does not guarantee the turnaround speed, pricing tiers, or scheduling availability of any provider within the referral network. The submittal of a service quote request does not obligate any provider to accept the job or guarantee booking availability. All final service agreements, cleaning schedules, specific property parameters, and transaction payments are negotiated and executed directly between the requesting consumer and the chosen independent cleaning provider. The Company maintains no involvement in these outside private contracts and holds no liability for the conduct, pricing changes, or physical workmanship of network providers.

You acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for performing your own comprehensive due diligence before executing any financial, operational, or structural changes to your cleaning business. You must exercise standard professional caution and independently obtain the counsel of licensed professionals before executing actions based on information, frameworks, templates, or business examples displayed by the Company. Nothing hosted on the websites, contained within the learning academies, or made available through digital download provides legal, tax, medical, accounting, or professional employment advice. You agree that examples and informational workflows are provided purely for educational baseline comparison, and you must consult your own accountant, attorney, or certified professional advisor for all specific corporate questions. 

You are expressly prohibited from utilizing the websites, applications, and networks for any purpose other than their intended business development or service matching functions. Prohibited activities include systematically retrieving data or other content from our platforms to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from the Company. You may not circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the applications, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content. You are barred from using automated scripts, scrapers, bots, or data-gathering tools to extract data from our learning systems. You may not use our communication channels or matching interfaces to launch unsolicited advertising, distribute promotional materials, or harvest user contact information for competitive marketing endeavors. 

In no event shall Home Quarters Warehouse, LLC, its directors, employees, or corporate subsidiaries be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, operational disruptions, or other damages arising from your use of the websites, educational modules, or matching services, even if the Company has been advised of the potential for such damages. The Company assumes no responsibility for technical errors, internet connectivity delays, transmission failures, or unauthorized access to user registration servers. Any legal actions or corporate disputes arising directly from your interaction with our services must be handled under the terms of this liability ceiling.

These Terms of Use and your use of our platforms are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia, in each case located in the county or city hosting the primary administrative offices of the Company. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections based on improper venue or inconvenient forum. 

The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or alter the contents of these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion without prior notice. Changes will become active immediately upon the posting of updated text across our primary digital interfaces, and your continued utilization of our systems constitutes binding acceptance of those revised standards. We cannot guarantee our platforms will be accessible at all times, as we may experience hardware maintenance issues, software updates, or network service interruptions resulting in temporary operational downtime. You agree that the Company holds no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use our platforms during these technical interruptions.
