For the purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include the parent entity Home Quarters Warehouse, LLC, the accreditation body Home Quarters Warehouse, LLC, HQW Standard Of Cleaning Excellence, Protected Series, and the referral service Book Cleaning Services Virginia. The Company provides a professional learning management system and accreditation service application. By using these services, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

As a Virginia-based entity, we provide specific statutory rights to Virginia residents regarding their Personal Data. To provide accreditation and educational services, we collect various forms of data. This includes Personally Identifiable Information such as your name, professional position, email address, phone number, and billing or mailing addresses. We collect Professional and Business Information including your business name, Employer Identification Number, professional licensing status, and proof of insurance. For corporate validation, we collect company policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Safety Data Sheets, Safety Protocols, and training logs. If you purchase services, we collect Financial Information including billing and credit card information via secure third-party processors. We also automatically gather Usage Data such as IP addresses, browser types, and navigation patterns on our websites, alongside anonymous demographic details like age and gender to improve our learning content. When utilizing the referral service to request a referral, we collect your contact name, address, email, phone number, and property details including approximate square footage, room counts, the presence of pets, and specific cleaning preferences required for an independent network provider to generate an accurate service quote. 

The Company uses your information to verify eligibility for the HQW Standard Of Cleaning Excellence Accreditation™. We use this data to operate the HQW Cleaning Pro Academy™ learning portal and to carry out contractual obligations like billing and certification issuance. Collected data also allows us to enforce our rights arising from any contracts between you and the Company, notify you about changes to our services or administrative updates, and fulfill referral service requests by passing details to verified cleaning service providers.

The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. We share data with trusted service providers, such as payment processors, email hosts, and cloud storage providers, who are legally bound to keep your information confidential. We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect the rights or property of the Company, or in urgent circumstances to protect the safety of the public or our users. No information collected via the referral service will be shared for the purpose of outside marketing or promotions. 

We secure your information using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Protocol. When sensitive data like credit cards is transmitted, it is protected via encryption. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Furthermore, the Company does not knowingly collect data from children under thirteen. Our services are intended for adult business owners and professionals, and anyone under thirteen is not permitted to use this application. [1]
